The absence of a reception made finding the place incredibly challenging, especially since we didn't have mobile internet to reach out for help. We had to enlist a stranger’s assistance to get our keys. Additionally, the noise from outdoor work began early every morning, disrupting our stay significantly.

i really can't fault pension karlova. we stayed in a huge quadruple room that provided plenty of space for two adults and two kids. the location is fantastic, just steps from the tourist action. Lucie's hospitality was outstanding. she made sure we had everything we needed and was always available. the well-equipped kitchen made our stay even better, allowing us to prep simple meals and snacks.
